At Baby Belly, your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We will make every effort to provide you with a caliber of treatment and personal service that is unparalleled. If you have any questions, or suggestions, please let us know!
Below are some guidelines that we hope will help enhance your visit with us as well as a full list of our services and packages.

What to wear during treatment
The therapist will explain upon arrival where to place your personal belongings during your treatment. They will tell you to undress to your comfort level. They will then leave the room and you will have time to get comfortable on the treatment bed. You will be kept covered an unexposed so we recommend to get the full benefit of the massage not to leave under garments on as therapists cannot touch them at and reduced the area they can massage on your back for instance. Please let us know of you have any questions as your comfort is our number one priority.
When to arrive and when to leave
*COVID Changes: Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and call us when you arrive, and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in. Masks must be worn by all clients and staff that are not fully vaccinated for your own safety.
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for treatment will remain the same.
You don’t have to entertain your therapist
In the Spa, silence can be golden and provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting, we’ll chat. But if you want to escape in silence, we wholeheartedly support you!
Quiet, please
We want Baby Belly to be a sanctuary for the body, the mind, and the eardrums! Please turn off the ringers on cell phones and speak softly when in our Spa.
Children
To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children into our Spa. Children are, of course, welcome in the 3D/4D/HD Ultrasound Imaging Center to see their new little brother or sister for the first time.
Gratuities
Your Spa treatment fee does not include gratuities.
If you liked your treatment, it is customary to tip your therapist(s). Our Receptionist can provide guidelines, if you like.
Cancellations
You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment or a cancellation penalty will be charged to your payment type on file to compensate the therapist for their time that was reserved for you.
Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit so long as the return is within 30 days of purchase and is accompanied by proof of purchase and still in original packaging and in un-used condition. Clearance items are final sale.
